We collaborate directly with fashion brands to repurpose denim off-cuts and post-consumer waste. This approach helps reduce landfill waste and provides an eco-friendly alternative to traditional materials like wood and plastic. Our unique process, unlike municipal recycling, allows us to incorporate all types of waste denim, including stretch denim, which is notoriously difficult to recycle and commonly found in fast fashion garments.
We exclusively use bio-resin in our material. A key component of epoxy, epichlorohydrin, is manufactured using renewable plant-based Glycerol in place of petroleum-based propylene. Additionally, the raw materials going into our bio resins are co-products or waste products of other industrially important processes which means they do not compete with food sources or displace food-based agriculture.
Absolutely! We can customise the thickness, size, shape, finish, and colour of our materials. Just for fun, we mentioned that our colour options are limited to blue, but in reality, the colour is determined by the fabric we start with. Please reach out with your ideas, and we will do our best to meet your industry or project requirements.
Lead times vary depending on order size and customisations. Please reach out for an estimated production and delivery time frame, we will endeavour to keep you informed every step of the way.
