What We Do

Denimolite is a materials innovation company turning post-consumer and post-industrial denim waste into versatile, high-performance products. By combining shredded denim fibres with SR InfuGreen 810, a two-component epoxy resin made with approximately 38% carbon content from renewable plant sources, we offer a solution that is truly circular.

Our epoxy resin is certified by independent laboratories using Carbon-14 dating methods (ASTM D6866 or XP CEN/TS 16640), confirming its reduced environmental footprint. InfuGreen 810 is formulated for resin transfer processes and offers exceptional flow characteristics, temperature resistance up to 90 °C, and high mechanical strength.

Unlike standard petroleum-based epoxies, our bio-resin uses glycerol (sourced from renewable rapeseed, palm, and soy oils) rather than fossil-based propylene. This means less reliance on oil extraction and refinery, and a significantly lower carbon footprint.

Circular Design at Our Core

Circularity is more than a buzzword to us—it's the foundation of our process. Denimolite is created entirely from waste streams: discarded denim and a plant-based resin system. The result is a closed-loop material with low environmental impact and high performance.

According to a comparative life cycle assessment (LCA), SR InfuGreen 810 has a 39% lower carbon footprint than traditional petroleum-based epoxy systems. It also generates significantly less human toxicity, air pollution, and water degradation throughout its production. These gains come without sacrificing performance: the resin exhibits excellent mechanical strength, adhesion, and heat resistance.

Whether you're developing a new product line or redesigning an existing one, Denimolite gives you the tools to make it truly responsible from the ground up.

Upcycled Denim Products That Prove the Point

We’re not just theory — we’re function and form. Our product line demonstrates how sustainable materials can be both practical and stylish. Here are a few favourites:

A subtle yet striking addition to any table setting. These coasters are made entirely from upcycled denim and bio-resin, showcasing the signature marbled blue tones of our materials. They’re heat-resistant, durable, and bring a distinctly eco-conscious touch to any home or office.

Our cutlery set is a statement in sustainable living. Strong, stylish, and made to last, these utensils show just how functional and elegant recycled materials can be. Perfect for design-forward restaurants, cafes, or home kitchens with a green agenda.

Ideal for architects and interior designers looking to integrate sustainable choices into every detail. These door handles bring a modern, industrial look while reflecting your brand’s eco values. They're a tactile reminder that sustainability starts with everyday interactions.

Each of our products is a proof of concept — demonstrating the possibilities of circular design in real-world applications. We also offer samples for those who want to explore our material’s texture, weight, and potential before committing to a full order.

Why Denimolite Materials Make the Difference

In an industry filled with vague green claims, Denimolite stands for transparency. Our materials are rooted in science, traceability, and a genuine commitment to circularity. By upcycling denim and using glycerol-based epoxy, we help reduce:

  • Fossil fuel dependence

  • Textile landfill waste

  • Environmental toxicity

The SR InfuGreen 810 system we use performs on par with traditional systems, offering strength, stability, and resistance to wear. It is certified by DNV and performs well across a variety of applications including cutlery, furniture, and home accessories.

If your brand is serious about sustainability, working with Denimolite gives you more than a material — it gives you a story. A story of innovation, responsibility, and intentional design. We understand the demands of both environmental stewardship and commercial production. That’s why our materials are not only eco-conscious but built to perform.

When you partner with us, you’re aligning with a company that’s committed to real change, not marketing spin. You’re contributing to a more sustainable fashion and design industry while offering your customers something they can genuinely feel good about.

We’ve worked with forward-thinking brands across multiple industries who are ready to break away from extractive models and embrace materials that match their values. If that’s your mission too, we’re ready to work with you.

Let's Build Better, Together

The world doesn’t need more products. It needs better ones. At Denimolite, we’re helping brands rethink what’s possible with waste — and we’re just getting started.
